About the role
- Design, develop and implement industrial automation solutions for customer applications. Develop and modify PLC programs for Mitsubishi PLCs, including iQ-R and FX series. Program and commission industrial robots, servo systems and motion-control applications. Develop SCADA/HMI applications and establish communication with PLCs, drives and field devices. Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, servo, VFD, robot and other factory automation (FA) products at customer sites. Configure industrial communication networks such as Ethernet, CC-Link IE, Modbus TCP/RTU and other relevant protocols. Perform machine commissioning, testing, debugging and performance optimization. Understand electrical control panels, I/O systems, sensors, actuators and automation architecture. Analyse customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions. Prepare technical documentation, backup programs, manuals and commissioning reports. Coordinate with the design, sales and service teams for successful project execution. Provide technical support and training to customers and internal team members. Travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning and troubleshooting as required.
